My Boy is Happy again, he has been in a small stable for the last 2 weeks much too small for him, due to his beam in the stable cracking to age and rot 3/4 through it thus dropping all the roof sheet down so large gaps appeared daylight shining in, dropping badly crack nearly through the beam. He bolted back to his old stable one night bless him but door shut and supports holding the roof up. I also found him not wanting to roll and all his winter coat was just sitting on his back. I though ermm I will get the Chiro to look at him as he does not want to run with the others or play, chiro did his back and found loads of tension and in his shoulder area and explained why he did not want to roll or turn either when turning him round while closing gate, he felt better after chiro actually rolled the next day, left loads of palomino hair on the ground, but was still in this small stable still miserable. Now this wednesday just gone roof done. this was the result of going back into his big stable. He was bucking in the stable as his mates go early but due to a Laminic risk he goes out at 8.30. Due to him exploding I thought I would lunge him first as in the field I don't put his boots on in this heat and due to tendon sheath injury I am beginning to bring him back into some work did not want him winding the others up. Anyway enough waffle, he was too exited to stay in walk which was my intention, and yes tendon went up that night but it is coming back down now. I cannot tell you how nice it is to see him Happy bucking and bronking enjoying life. Lets see your Happy horses.
