  1. I’ve lived in Florida over 50 years, the best thing that could happen is to be a dead center hit on the track forecast 5 days out. It means it will probably, say 80 % chance, miss you by 300 miles, give or take. But be ready anyhow. It only needs to be right once to ruin you.

  2. It seems kind of crazy to me that thats the attitude Florida has towards hurricanes…Then again I suppose if they evacuated every time someone told them to they wouldn’t spend any time actually in their homes…. though ultimately maybe that means we should just abandon Florida to Poseidon, its clear he wants it back.

  3. Native Floridian’s reaction to storms is along the lines of that scene in Forrest Gump, when they are out on the shrimp boat in the storm, and Lt. Dan is screaming “You call this a storm?”… he’s basically talking shit to God the whole time. No lie, I have seen someone do this in real life.

  4. Yes but my Genius idea of getting huge Fans that travels the coast apply counter
Forced to deflect the Hurricane is way cooler than fighting at a Walmart for water before really having any clue where the storm is going ?
Yet everyone calls me mad mad I say , ha ha ha ha !
