McDonald’s is introducing an Indian-inspired burger to its world-famous menu which features naan bread instead of the traditional seeded bun.
The ‘Indian Chicken’ burger is made up of two Chicken Selects smothered in a sweet and sticky onion relish with lettuce and cucumber to finish.
Instead of a fluffy bun, the new addition will be sandwiched between two mini garlic naans.
The new takeaway dish forms part of the fast food giant’s annual Great Tastes of the World promotion and is sure to delight foodies across the globe.
For just £4.19, customers can bag the burger at lunch from Wednesday (September 25) onwards while a medium meal will weigh in at £4.89 – well worth it for the fries.
Though that isn’t the only burger coming to a Golden Arches near you.
Former favourites such as the French Stack and Swiss Stack will also make a comeback in the next few weeks alongside the Jamaican Chicken which features Pepper Jack cheese and a spicy jerk sauce.

A new version of the Canadian Melt, which debuted in 2015, has been renamed the Canadian Stack and will also land next month.
But customers eager to try out the Indian Chicken burger will need to move fast, as it will only be up for grabs in 850 stores until October 22.
