South Korean celebrity Sandara Park of 2NE1 was in town on Tuesday night (12 March) to unveil kate spadeÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s global pop-up store for Spring 2019, alongside the fashion brandÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s global chief executive Anna Bakst.
The duo were flanked by friends of the brand, including Rebecca Lim, Malaysian actress Juliana Evans, Yvette King, Fiona Fussi and model Iman Fandi.
In an interview with Sandara, she was thrilled to share with her fans a greeting in Tagalog, and shared with us why sheÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s always excited to be back in Singapore: Ã¢â‚¬Å“I always want to see my fans in Singapore and eat chilli crab, so IÃ¢â‚¬â„¢m really happy to be back.Ã¢â‚¬Â
The event celebrated creative director Nicola GlassÃ¢â‚¬â„¢ first collection for Spring 2019, featuring a fresh new reimagining of the brandÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s style. Her collectionÃ‚Â pays homage to the iconic spade silhouette and flaunts the brandÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s new sophisticated and electric colour palette.
Following the pop-up preview, guests enjoyed specially crafted Botanist gin cocktails and canapeÃŒÂs at ION sky while listening to lively and upbeat music by DJ Linda Hao.
Fans of the modern, feminine brand can visit the pop-up at ION Orchard Level 1 from now till 24 March.
