Shake Shack makes its highly-anticipated debut in Singapore

Singapore — Positioned at Jewel Changi Airport, this marks the restaurant’s first Southeast Asian outlet, serving up signature objects in addition to one-of-a-kind Singapore-exclusive menu.

The Singapore-exclusive menu consists of Pandan Shake (S$7.50) – vanilla frozen custard ice cream blended with pandan, coconut and topped with gula melaka crumble and Jewela Melaka Concrete (from S$7.50), a frozen custard ice cream combined with coconut salted caramel chocolate chunks, shortbread and gula melaka.

One other concrete for the chocolate lovers is the Shack Assault – a chocolate custard combined with Plain Vanilla brownies, fudge sauce, Lemuel chocolate chunks and chocolate sprinkles. This can be a Singapore spin on the Shack traditional, and options chocolate brownies from native patisserie Plain Vanilla Bakery.

Culinary director, Mark Rosati, who was current on the opening preview, shared that there are plans to open 10 shops in Singapore within the close to future.
