U.S. Rep. Invoice Johnson will current Cassie Madison with the Congressional App Problem award at 1 p.m. Wednesday at West Department Excessive College.

Madison is a scholar at West Department who created an app, referred to as Dysulator, to assist college students with dyslexia, equivalent to herself.
