Younger driver unable to drive automotive into village

A younger driver has been unintentionally exiled from his personal village after new pace bumps have been put in on each entry highway.

Christopher Fitzgibbon, 23, lowered his VW Passat to only 4 inches off the bottom in a bid to “look recent”.
