Navy veteran jailed in Dubai over disputed drugs prices to have his plight heard at United Nations


The case of a British Navy veteran who has been jailed in Dubai for seven months on what he claims are false drug prices is to be heard by the United Nations.

Andy Neil, 44, a father of two, was arrested on Oct 4 2018, the place he was seized from his home and transferred to Dubai central jail.
