-herb/italian French dressing (u could make your personal) -panko
-parm ? -spices, i used my sicilian combine & black pepper

marinate rooster in French dressing for a minimum of an hour. i saved mine marinating whereas i used to be at work all day. preheat oven to 375°. take a plate pour panko, spices and cheese collectively. then take marinated rooster, coat in dijon mustard, pat down in panko combination, flip & repeat. place on greased baking sheet. bake for 20 minutes or till rooster is cooked by means of.
