Markara Man, 33, of Norwalk, California, despatched emails in late 2017 alleging that Pai had triggered a minor’s suicide byÃ‚Â and threatening to kill Pai’s household,Ã‚Â
He additionally despatched an e mail containing a picture of Pai and his household, officers stated.
