Sati and Vladimir Spivakov
Spivakov and his wife Sati have four children – Ekaterina, Tatyana, Anna and the adopted daughter of Alexander (the conductor took custody of his niece – the daughter of the deceased sister Elizabeth). Sati also noted all the daughters in the congratulatory photo – there is no doubt that they joined in the congratulations.
Spivakov’s daughters also devoted themselves to creativity, but if Ekaterina and Tatyana preferred cinema, then the youngest daughter Anya continued her father’s work. The girl is engaged in music and performs a lot under the stage name Anna Kova with her group, including at major European festivals. So, in 2017, she was among the participants of the major Lollapalooza festival in Paris, and for 2020 the girl plans to release a new album.

Spivakov also has a son from his second marriage with pianist Victoria Postnikova, Alexander (he was later adopted by conductor Gennady Rozhdestvensky, whom Spivakov's ex-wife married after divorcing him).
Spivakov, who is the artistic director of the National Philharmonic Orchestra of Russia and the Moscow Virtuosi chamber orchestra, as well as the president of the Moscow International House of Music, finds time for charity, which he considers an important part of his life. In 1994, he was one of the first in the country to establish his own foundation, which promotes talented young musicians, dancers, and artists.
And although the main profile of the fund is scholarships and the purchase of tools, Spivakov also allocates funds for the treatment of children who need medical help. For example, a boy who underwent open heart surgery with the support of the foundation, after meeting with Spivakov, wanted to learn to play the violin and eventually entered the Moscow Conservatory.
