WHAT I ATE TODAY~
BREAKFAST: 2 “fried” eggs (olive oil spray) with mushrooms, cucumber, orange bell pepper and my homemade slow cook tomato sauce.
LUNCH: Stuffed cabbage with minced meat, sliced onion & a little brown rice (with cumin, black pepper and salt), cooked with a tomato sauce.
SNACK: Peach protein yogurt.
DINNER: Veggies & orange lentil soup (carrot, potato, celery, dill, onion and orange lentils).
