Suhana and Aryan aspire to pursue a career in films. While Suhana wants to become an actress, Aryan’s interests lie in filmmaking. Recently in an interview, talking about Aryan, Shah Rukh said, “He wants to be a filmmaker. We are friends, so I told him to learn whichever aspects of film he can go and learn… The other day I met (famed cinematographer) Ravi Varman, I told him go and learn camera with him. He has been doing that.”
Shah Rukh and Aryan lent their voices to Mufasa and Simba, respectively, in the Hindi version of The Lion King. The actor said that it was an incredible experience to be working with his son.
Aryan is currently studying at the University of Southern California and has another year and a half of film school left. Suhana has graduated from Ardingly College in England and has now started school at Tisch School Of The Arts in New York.
“Suhana wants to act. She is right now at the French festival in Edinburgh. She is doing theatre, she has a coloured face and is doing some mime. It’s good fun,” Shah Rukh had said earlier.
Shah Rukh Khan, on the other hand, is on a break from acting. He is reading scripts and waiting for the right script to return to the silver screen.
