27-year-old Cara Delevingne became the heroine of the cover story of the latest issue of Porter magazine. Highest paid the British model starred in a photo shoot of the publication and gave a frank interview in which she answered questions about sexuality, her relations with 29-year-old Ashley Benson, and also remembered the advice she received from Harvey Weinstein.
More than a year Kara meets with American actress Ashley Benson and says that she became her first partner, whom Delevingne was able to trust.
Before, I didn’t let anyone into my soul, because I was afraid that a person would leave me. Never truly trusted people, felt worthy of it, and always repelled. Ashley turned out to be the first person next to me who said: "You cannot push me away! I will treat you well, I love you." To this I replied: "Wait, I just need to let you treat me well? Why have I never done this before?" – said Kara.

In an interview, Delevingne recalled her first school hobbies and relationships.
From childhood, I liked men. At five, she fell in love with her coach. He married another teacher of mine, and I cried for weeks … I had a four-year affair with a guy, and then he left, and I met his best friend. Constantly, over and over, men hurt me – she said.
Delevingne actively starred in films, she was always attracted to an acting career. In a conversation with Porter, Cara remembered the advice she heard from producer Harvey Weinstein.
One of his first tips to me was this. "You will never succeed in the movie as a homosexual, so find yourself a cover," he said … Labels annoy me the most. I hate hanging them. I change every day!– she said.
The model talked about taking antidepressants in adolescence, when she had a difficult period.
Medications then definitely saved my life. I think that they should be resorted to only in rare and extreme cases, and not completely rely solely on them. My mother cannot live without medicine now … It's like putting a patch on an open wound, because usually the cause of the problem is related to the injury, which the person could not handle, – added Kara.
