The annual iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour has an incredibly star-studded lineup this year.
Performers at the 2019 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour Presented by Capital One include Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, BTS, Jonas Brothers, Camila Cabello, Khalid, Sam Smith, Billie Eilish, Lizzo and more.
The tour kicks off in Tampa Bay, Florida, on Dec. 1 and will have stops in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Philadelphia, New York, Boston, Washington, D.C., Chicago and Atlanta, before ending in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale on Dec. 22.
Swift will only be performing at the New York stop on Dec. 13 which will no doubt be highly anticipated, it being one of the first big performances she’s booked since releasing her new album, Lover, before she goes on tour in summer 2020. Unfortunately, Swift won’t be reuniting with Perry onstage as Perry is only scheduled to perform at the Los Angeles and Minneapolis/St.

Taylor Swift is one of the world’s top pop artists. The 10-time Grammy winner has sold over 40 million records so far, with more than 25 million in the U.S. alone. Here are some highlights from her music career.
Swift impressed the music industry with her breakout song “Tim McGraw;” the first single from her debut album released June 19, 2006. The song was an inter-connection of traditional and modern country music and received critical praise. It reached No. 40 on the Billboard Hot 100, while peaking at No. 6 on the Hot Country Songs chart.
Four months later, the 16-year-old released her self-titled debut album, which featured record-breaking tracks such as “Teardrops on my Guitar†and “Our Song†(which became her first No. 1 on the Hot Country Songs chart). She went on to bag the Horizon Award from the Country Music Association (CMA) and the Academy of Country Music Award for Top New Female Vocalist in 2007.

“I can’t even believe that this is real,” she said during her CMA acceptance speech. “I want to thank God and my family for moving to Nashville so I could do this. The fans – you have changed my life. This is definitely the highlight of my senior year!” In December 2007, called upon to help announce the Grammy nominations, Swift was left speechless when she heard her own name in the category of Best New Artist.
Swift proved she was no one-hit wonder when her second studio album “Fearless†– released in November 2008 – debuted at top of the Billboard chart. The first single from the album, “Love Song,†became a crossover hit, selling more than eight million copies worldwide (according to the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry).

“White Horse” and “You Belong with Me” were other international hits from the album. “Fearless” also has the distinction of becoming the most-awarded album in the history of country music. Rolling Stone called Swift “a songwriting savant with an intuitive gift for verse-chorus-bridge architecture.”

The singer teamed up with John Mayer (L) for his single “Half of My Heart,” which was featured in his album “Battle Studies” (2009). She also worked on two songs for the soundtrack of the film “Valentine’s Day” (2010), of which “Today Was a Fairytale” went on to become her first No. 1 on the Canadian Hot 100 chart.
Swift’s third album, “Speak Now,†marked her transition from country to pop and alternative rock. Released in 2010, it debuted at No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart and gave her a second consecutive chart-topper in that country.

All the songs in the album were written by the singer herself. She went on to win Artist of the Year and Favorite Country Album at the American Music Awards in 2011.

Swift’s musical career went from strength to strength. The next was “Red†(2012), her fourth album and another multi-platinum hit. “I called it Red because of the tumultuous, crazy adventures in love and loss that it chronicles,” Swift said in an interview. The album included chart-busters such as “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together,†“Red,†“22″ and “I Knew You Were Trouble.”
“Red” scored the second-largest sales total for a female artist (behind Britney Spears’ 2000 album, “Oops! … I Did It Again.”) That year, she beat the likes of Justin Bieber, Rihanna and Lady Gaga to top Forbes’ Highest-Paid Celebrities Under 30 list.
In the fall of 2014, Swift released her fifth album – “1989” – which created history by becoming the first to sell a million copies in its first week. The album featured hits like “Blank Space,†“Bad Blood,†“Shake It Off†and “Wildest Dreams.†She won three Grammys that year — Album of the Year, Best Pop Vocal Album and Best Music Video for “Bad Blood.”
The single “Bad Blood†featured a star-studded video, with actors and models such as Jessica Alba, Selena Gomez, Cara Delevingne, Karlie Kloss, Gigi Hadid, Cindy Crawford and more. It premiered on the Billboard Music Awards and reached No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. The album helped Swift steal the show at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards with eight wins, including in the categories of Top Female Artist and Chart Achievement.
She collaborated with former One Direction member Zayn Malik for the single “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever,” which was used in the erotic romantic drama “Fifty Shades Darker” (2017). It debuted at No. 1 in both Spain and Sweden.
On Aug. 23, 2017, she unveiled the cover and name of her new album, “Reputation,” on Instagram. The album released Nov. 10, 2017; its first single came out Aug. 24.
Swift won Female Artist of the Year at the 2018 iHeartRadio Music Awards. While she wasn’t physically present to accept the award, she expressed her gratitude in a pre-taped video and released the video of her new single, “Delicate,” from her latest album.
At the 2018 American Music Awards, Swift won Tour of the Year, Artist of the Year, Favorite Pop/Rock Female Artist and Favorite Pop/Rock Album for “Reputation.” With a total of 23 wins, she became the most-awarded female winner in AMA history by beating Whitney Houston.

Paul dates however, Swift’s stop also has scheduled performances by her good friend, Camila Cabello, as well as by the Jonas Brothers. In May, Swift told Ellen DeGeneres that she’s on good terms with her ex, Joe Jonas, and that they both now laugh about when she memorably put him “on blast” on DeGeneres’ show when she was 18.
