SINGAPORE – With the revamp of KrisShop.com, the website now sports a clean look with a brand new interface that includes intuitive features for a swift and smooth navigation.
Both travellers and non-travellers can shop from a range of high-end and mid-end brands including fashion, beauty, skincare, electronics, wines and spirits from KrisShop.com. Additionally, you can also shop airline exclusives and new brands which include high-end sound system brand Devialet, fragrance brand Jo Malone London, skincare brand First Aid Beauty and local salted egg yolk snacks brand The Golden Duck.
From November 2019, KrisShop Customise will be available for customers who would like to do customisation such as personalised engraving on fragrance bottles, wine bottles, and leather bag.
KrisShop has also taken the opportunity to introduce multiple new initiatives for convenient payment, pre-order and delivery services, aiming to provide personalised experiences to suit the different lifestyles of consumers.
In the coming months, customers will be able to:
Make payment through new payment options including KrisPay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Alipay
Pre-order up to 60 mins before flight (previously 24 hours before flight),
Opt for hotel room delivery
Shop on KrisShop.com via Singapore Airlines’ in-flight entertainment system, and have their parcels delivered to their homes.
Self-Collect their parcels at POPStations
KrisShop targets to launch all these services by Quarter 4 of this year.
KrisShop also supports homegrown brands with its dedicated “With Love, SG” concept store, presenting a slice of Singapore for travellers and tourists. Other unique concept stores include “KrisShop Cares” that is dedicated to supporting and giving back to the community, “KrisShop Discovers” that gives travellers the opportunity to discover new and authentic products from around the world, and “KrisShop Moments” that offers customers a range of services including floral delivery, hotel dining promotions, tourist experiences and more.
