Had a good day today!! I was able to workout this morning before my classes and it truly kept me energized all day! Then after class I had a huge craving for breakfast food so I decided to whip up this wonderful meal!! All it is, is egg whites with onions, peppers and spinach! Then a side of avocado toast on sourdough!! It’s a simple meal that only takes minutes to make but also super filling!!! 🍳

Over the last week I have been doing really well with my eating habits and workouts! I am definitely seeing the progress I want to! I can’t wait for it to be summer time so I can start running outside and eating all the fresh fruit I can get my hands on! ☀️
