Rice cakes are a great, low-carb, healthy snack; especially if you dress them up with some delicious toppings. Here are some of my favorites that can be found in this picture from @buddha_bowls

2. Top with natural peanut butter, banana and almonds shavings
3. Finally, if your sweet tooth won’t leave you alone add some Nutella, fresh strawberries and dark chocolate shavings
