What about dining in restaurants?🙋🏼‍♀️

1) A lot of restaurants have fruits and veggies. You can ask for a fruit platter or for a tomato/avo salad. Or just find raw/vegan salad in the menu.

2) There are raw-vegan restaurants. Not everywhere, but in the big cities. “Caravan of dreams” is one if the best is NY.

3) Go to juice/smoothie cafes, or Salad places. It’s always a great option, but not always suitable for dinner time.

4) Vegan cafes/restaurants. They usually do have raw options. If you’re not raw you can find a lot if nice vegan restaurants. My fav spot in NY – Candle 79.
