You will love this roasted Brussel sprouts salad. Crunchy, slightly sweet, whole30-friendly and paleo. You can eat it warm or cold. Roast the sliced Brussel sprouts in coconut oil, salt and pepper then toss with toasted almonds, red onion, cranberries, green onions, and a dressing made from olive oil, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, dried oregano, and 1/2 tsp maple syrup(omit for whole 30).
