Are you as consistent with food as you are with your training?

Honestly, this is where I see people make most if not all of their mistakes.

You can outrun a lot of things but you CAN’T outrun a bad diet/lifestyle.

Find what works for you and stick to it! Otherwise you’re just pushing shit up hill… Real food is where it’s at! How bad is processed food. Well the first step I ever take when fixing up a person’s nutrition is to clean up their eating act 🥦🥑🥩 , have them track their calories 📖 , drink enough water 💦 and you just watch the weight fall off 📉 .

It’s not rocket science but no-one seems to want to do what’s right for the body… except whinge about why they can’t seem to lose weight… 🤔🧐🤫🤫🤫
