Trying to eat more veggies?? Most of us will have some sort of veggie on our plate with dinner,(tonight we had broccoli) but if you want to sneak in a little extra, cut up some raw veggies to add to the meal. It gives a little bit of variety and it sneaks in some more veg! This is a really good thing to do if you have kids too. It’s difficult to control what your kids eat at school, and veggies aren’t often on the menu at breakfast, so dinner is your time to get them to eat their veggies!
