Eating very low nutrient dense foods, is not healthy. You need to make sure that you’re eating foods that nourish your body, and that you are in tune with your body’s hunger and fullness cues.â €

We have come to realize that when we eat very little (like the meal on the left), we are left unsatisfied, and our cravings go crazy! We start dreaming about brownies, and donuts…BUT, if we eat foods that contain healthy fats 🥑 , good carbs🥗, and protein 🍗 (like the food on the right) we feel satisfied for MUCH much longer. â €

Next time you’re craving food, and you start getting #hangry, make sure you check and see if the food that you’re eating has all of the elements we previously mentioned.⠀
