the trip to South Wales for the 38-year-old Duchess of Cambridge became nostalgic. During his visit there Kate Middleton also met with her school teachers: Denise Evans-Allford, who taught her physical education, and Kevin Allford, who taught the Duchess German and French. She was very hardworking and conscientious. Obviously, she was the same in sports. She was a terrific athlete and swimmer. She was very good at swimming, like her sister,
– said the teacher of the Duchess Kevin Allford.
Upon learning of the duchess’s arrival, the former teachers of Kate Middleton really wanted to meet her and went to ice cream parlorwhere she was supposed to come. They wrote a note in the hope that it could be handed over to the Duchess so that she could then contact them.
The security officer kindly picked her up and carried her to a cafe, and then someone came after us and said to follow him,
– said the couple.
Prince William and Kate Middleton
At the end of the visit, Kate went out to greet her teachers, telling them that the world is very crowded.
I want to instill in my children what I learned at St Andrews
– she said.
We did not know what to expect when she left, and did not want to break the protocol. We would not feel entitled to curtsy or shake hands. But we did not have to do anything, because she immediately hugged us. She apparently has changed a lot since the last time we saw her, she has grown a lot, but as a person she has not changed at all.
It was a big event for us, a very emotional reunion. After she left us, she got into a car next to William and said: “These are my former school teachers,†and he said “Wow!†and waved to us
– Her former teachers shared their impressions of the meeting with Kate Middleton.
