In the Florida neighborhood a neighbor visualized an individual fallen on the ground, and immediately went to the nearest "Safe Point" and contacted the monitoring center. There, the cameras pointed the scene and quickly recorded what happened, sending an ambulance instantly for prompt assistance.
The second successful event that registered the "Safe Point" was in the Plaza Vicente López y Planes, in the neighborhood of Olivos, where a couple observed a brawl of young people and did not hesitate to press the alert button of the safe point. When being taken care of from the Central of Urban Monitoring, the cameras registered the happened thing, sending patrols to control of the situation.
These safe points work quickly and efficiently for neighbors, record the conversation with the Monitoring Center in case they have to be required as evidence for justice and when the call button is pressed, the nearest camera points directly to where it is occurring the call. The "Patrol Command" staff behind the phone is fully trained to act in case of panic and to control any type of situation, be it of theft, violence, medical emergency, etc.
