The small wisdom is like water in a glass: clear, transparent, pure. The great wisdom is like the water in the sea: dark, mysterious, impene

  3. @kjhovey STOP doing what others do! is like i tell you to eat crap cause for me, crap is good! it makes me feel great! but when you eat crap you puke! hear me? what works for one may not work for another! find your own way stop believing in all the crap on internet!

  6. @tlast2O12dude food is everything? then i should eat a lot and become arnold! no mate, what you do at the gym is 80% and food is 10 and 10 is how you body is made cause some people look like shit with muscles as well! show me a guy that goes to the gym for 10 years and looks like shit cause he doesn't eat! this is bullshit! go the the gym and make it right! the eating comes along, don't have to think about it too much! the training is the most important not the food! cuase food makes you fat!

  7. @Goatacon No dumbass, the fact that he doesn't use the approptiate names for the muscles makes him unqualified to present himself as an authority! You are defending someone who presents himself as an authority, but, in actuality, doesn't even know the basics. Would you take cooking advice from someone that doesn't know the correct names of the ingredients in the recipe? Unfortunately, as long as there are simpletons (like you) out there, trainers like this dope will always have an audience.

  8. @ineptify Your name calling is reflective of how feeble-minded you are. Once you get your Masters in Exercise Physiology or, at the very least, a quality certification (like NASM, for example), you might appreciate the education and commitment to the profession that is required to be on my level. Defending the pretender that made this video just makes you a loser. Good LUCK with your life…until, and unless you get educated (and some common sense) you'll need it.

  9. @ineptify "Forearm Reverse Curls", is how the video is labeled. It is NOT what "he said", as you claim. Do I expect someone presenting themselves as an expert to know the names of the muscles? Obviously. The guy is an uneducated embarrassment to my profession. Although I knew that uninformed people might believe his instruction to be sufficient, I didn't realize anyone was STUPID enough to actually TRY to defend him. Apparently, I was sadly mistaken.

  10. @hhhk20 You expect him to use latin names to refer to each muscle group? Or certain muscle? Yeah, than he has to start explaining what he just said -.- Dumbass, not everyone knows the latin names. And you just pretty much explained that he isn't an idiot after calling him one. Think before posting twat. Btw, he said "forearm reverse curls" in the info. Read it next time, might prevent you from embarrasing yourself.

  11. This guy is an IDIOT! These are NOT reverse curls! Reverse curls are when there is elbow flexion with a fully pronated hand. These are reverse wrist curls. Muscles worked: exensor carpi radialis , extensor carpi radialis brevis, and extensor carpi ulnaris.
This "know nothing" refers to these muscles as the "outside" of the forearm because he doesn't know any better. Find a certified, qualified expert who knows what they are doing. This guy is an embarrassment to the industry!

  12. Most people will never have arms that look like these. The reason is the lower biceps. This guy is genetically blessed to have a very long lower biceps connection. There are professional bodybuilders with bigger arms yet they don't look as good. It's not always about huge size but rather how long the muscle connection. Larry Scott is a bodybuilder that had size as well as long muscle connections in the arms.
