Colombo: Sri Lanka's Parliamentary Selection Committee (PSC), in connection with the series on April 21, Easter Sunday, we have asked the Colombo's five-star hotel to provide guest list of that day to the Taj Sea while investigating the case of Bisphotha. Apart from this, a list of those who had breakfast at the hotel on that day has also been asked. This information was given by the media on Thursday. According to the Daily Mirror newspaper report, this announcement was made by President Anand Kumarasiri during the PSC proceedings on Wednesday.
Kumarasiri said that achieving this list can help in understanding why terrorists attacking many hotels have finally spurned the Taj Mahal Hotel. The five star hotels that were targeted for the attack included Shangri-la, Cinnamon Grand, Kingsbury and Tropical Inn. Since the end of civil war in 2009, more than 250 people were killed and 500 others were injured in the most brutal attacks in the island nation.
