new Delhi- There has been a panic in Pakistani politics since a video of a Judge who sent former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to jail in Pakistan has emerged. After the video was exposed, the Islamabad High Court had asked the Law Ministry to remove that judge immediately from his post, after which he was asked to leave his work on Friday. The judge of the Anti-Corruption Court has been shown in the video saying that he had sentenced Nawaz Sharif only because of corruption, because he was under the pressure of 'invisible powers'.

Nawaz Sharif gets punishment due to 'hidden hand': Pakistani judge

Nawaz was convicted in December, 2018

It is worth mentioning that Justice Justice Arshad Malik of Islamabad's Accountability Court had convicted Nawaz Sharif on December 24 last year for culpable homicide in Al-Azizia Steel Mills case. Last week, the daughter of Nawaz Sharif, Mary, released the video of Justice Malik in which he is telling a leader of the Pakistani Muslim League-Nawaz, saying that the three-time Pakistani prime minister should be accused in the case of corruption There was a lot of pressure on them from the special people.

Judge asked the video to fake

Prior to the action against him on Friday, Justice Malik had told the Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Amir Farooq that the content of the video was fake. He also gave an affidavit, which has said that no decision should be made without any pressure. They also demanded the investigation in this case. But, the Chief Justice instructed the Law Ministry to remove him from office until the investigation is over. Giving this information, Pakistani law minister Farog Naseem has said that on the recommendation of the Islamabad High Court, Justice Malik has been stopped from working. Naseem has also said that after coming to the video, the sentence of Nawaz Sharif can not be immediately reduced or canceled, because the High Court has the right to make a decision on it. He also said that it is also necessary for this to prove that the judge had sentenced him under any pressure.

Nawaz's daughter Mary decided to change the decision

It is noteworthy that as soon as the video comes out, PML-N has demanded release of Sharif from Kot Kotpat jail in Lahore. Nawaz's daughter Mary has also demanded that the judiciary change its punishment immediately to her father. However, the government of the ruling Imran Khan, with this dispute, has kept himself away from being a judicial case. Significantly, Justice Malik had many cases of high profile corruption, including former Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari and former PM Raza Parvez Ashraf and Shaukat Aziz.
