Alwar. The Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate (ACJM) Court of Rajasthan has approved two cases of Asma Khan's two sons and truck operator for re-investigation of the charges of smuggling. Ershad, the 27-year-old son who was killed in Mob Lynching, had demanded a fresh investigation from the DGP. After this, on the instructions of the police headquarters, the Alwar police had applied for a re-examination in the ACJM court. In the chargesheet filed on May 24, the police described the sons of the aspect as "GO" smuggler.
SP (Alwar) Paris Anil Deshmukh said that in case of smuggling, investigations will be carried out on some aspects. Khan's son has told that he was going to sell animals in Tapavada of Alwar, while the report was shown going to Haryana. The truck driver claimed that he had sold his vehicle to someone prior to the incident.
The police filed the charge sheet on May 24
The police had filed a charge sheet against Aslam Khan's son Irshad, Arif and truck operator Khan Mohammed on May 24. All of them were made accused in the streams of the Rajasthan Govas Animal Act, 1995. Earlier there were reports that in this charge sheet, Asuq Khan was also made accused of smuggling. However, later the police clarified that the name of the aspect was removed from the charge sheet after death.
Gehlot also spoke again
Upon the chargesheet filed, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot had said that the investigation of the case was done under the previous government in 2017-18. The name of Arif, Irshad and Khan Mohammed was not in the December 2018 filing charge sheet. However, our government will see that the investigations in this matter have not been done with a predetermined intention. Earlier, Gehlot had said that the probe has happened in the BJP government, now if there is any discrepancy, then it will be re-examined.
In April 2017, Asha Khan died due to death
On April 1, 2017, on the Jaipur-Delhi highway in Alwar, the crowd beat Asad Khan Khan in the hope of smuggling. Khan, along with his sons, bought cattle from a fair in Jaipur and brought his house to the house of Noah in Haryana. He later died during treatment. Cross FIR was registered in this case. A FIR has been made in the FIR and the attacking crowd on his family has been accused. At the same time, the second FIR was filed against Khan and his family. In this FIR, the accused and his family were accused of smuggling.
