  1. Muy mala compañia en general, yo tuve DIRECT SEGUROS que al fin y al cabo pertenece al GRUPO AXA. El precio por un seguro a terceros y lunas por un coche de mas de 150000km y 15 años: 828 euros.
    Cuando les preguntas el porque siempre te dicen que eres menor de 25 años, 24 en mi caso y 6 años de carnet.
    Les llame una vez porque la puerta se me quedo bloqueada y no la podia abrir, la llave quedo atascada en la cerradura, vino un tipo en furgoneta( NO TRAJO GRUA Y ESO QUE CUANDO LLAME YO LES DIJE QUE POR FAVOR TRAJERAN GRUA PARA LLEVAR EL VEHICULO AL TALLER). Pues el individuo este, intento abrir la puerta haciendo palanca con una ganzua, de hecho se observan algunos daños en el marco superior, menos mal que en el taller lo ajustaron y no me costo nada, de hecho ME ANIMAROS A DENUNCIARLOS.
    2º VEZ QUE LES LLAMO: El coche me deja tirado por averia, la tonta que me atiendo me dice que no me envia la grua por haber cancelado la poliza el 21-12-2015, PUES SEGUN EL CONTRATO DEL SEGURO EL PERIODO DE VALIDEZ INDEPENDIENTE DE SU CANCELACION ERE DESDE 19-01-2015 HASTA 19-01-2016.
    les puse de vuelta y media y acabe denunciandolos, ME PAGARON EL DINERO DE LA GRUA QUE YO TUVE QUE PAGAR DE MI BOLSILLO Y UNA HOJITA DE RECLAMACIONES AL CANTO.

    POR SUPUESTO NO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA ESTA COMPAÑIA NI TAMPOCO CUALQUIER ASEGURADORA QUE PERTENEZCA AL GRUPO AXA

  2. me llamo José Luis y llevo más de un año esperando a que hasta me arreglo del coche según ellos hay un problema al rellenar el parte amistoso me pasan a un abogado de Salamanca y no me resuelven nada para mí esta compañía es la peor de las que tenido

  3. En mi caso la experiencia con AXA ha sido nefasta. Tras 4 años con mi vehículo asegurado llega el primer siniestro y con el los problemas. notifique el mismo el jueves y me aseguraron que el viernes acudiría el perito el viernes. Para mi sorpresa, cuando llamé el lunes siguiente no sólo no había acudido sino que no se había registrado la orden de visita. Además me informan de que no tienen constancia de la cobertura de incendios en la póliza, cobertura contratada desde principios. Por si fuera poco me niegan el coche de sustitución reflejado en la póliza.
    Me he puesto en contacto con la compañía unas 10 veces haciéndoles enviado 4 correos electrónicos. No me han contestado ni a lo uno ni a lo otro por lo que después de una semana estoy igual que al principio aunque mucho más decepcionado. Podrán imaginar lo que pienso hacer en el próximo año…
