Hi everyone! My name is Brad dela Cruz. This Youtube channel is dedicated to all Filipinos who aim to get their dream body the fastest and easiest way possible.
If you follow all the principles I teach here, you’ll get the fitness model body look in 1 to 1.5 years. This channel is Philippine-based dahil gusto ko na maka-relate kayo sa lahat ng mga ituturo ko dito.
I believe that working out and dieting smart is the key to sustain your fitness motivation. I explained the key principles and fundamentals of physical fitness (workout and diet) in videos 1 to 10. Dito mo makikita yung “shortcuts” and “secrets” in building your dream physique. I encourage you to watch these videos first before hitting the gym.
I also created a workout program for you – the SUPERHERO workout program. Everything here is based on scientific studies. I structured this program such that kailangan mo lang mag-gym for 3x a week, 1 hour per workout.
