  1. Hey guys. Good vid. My younger brother used to be fat. He went from 285 lbs of fat into 215 lbs of real muscle mass. Shit's outrageous! I just signed up myself as I wanna beef up. He used the Muscle Building Bible (Search on Google)…

  2. I really love this kind of vid. Youtube is made for this form of thing.

My mate was previously bullied. He stated he was going to get bigger muscle mass. I chuckled at him because I didn't believe him…. Until he gained 40lbs of pure muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible – look in Google. No-one dares to intimidate the man now. 🙂 I actually signed up a few days ago. See what will happen. Plus this mans emails are fucking awesome!

  3. Outstanding, detailed post. Too many posts just look at the exercises, and give no idea of any timeline – how long it takes to get results. The man here points out that you need to put in 600 hours. To get a result. Prepare yourself for the long haul.

  4. man im part indian. and i laugh my fuckin arse off e – everytime i hear a curry with an accent.. as i dont speak the language (native tongue – hindi) nor do i have an indian accent

  5. Clearly there are a bunch of insecure fucktards here. Who the hell cares whether he's brown, black, white or purple. His information is good and that's all that counts.. and regardless of what anyone can say, I DO consider stereotyping Indians as Dell customer service reps to be demeaning. Its like stereotyping all caucasians as beer-drinking wife-beating white trash.

  6. Relax internet tough guy. A few things, I never said anything about his race or color, you're the one that brought it up. What I wrote was a harmless joke based of fact. You apparently don't own a Dell and have never called Dell customer service. Don't be so high and mighty and act like you've never poked fun at anyone for their appearance. Lastly, here in America, there's something called the First Amendment, check it out.

  7. How about you not include every American when insulting just one? You are the one who looks like a fool with your improper grammar. 'American'? It is American's' dipshit, plural. 'Doe'? And what about 'certifide'? Learn how to spell before you label Americans as ignorant. 'Certified' you piece of crap!

  8. It's true that the forearms are a hard-gaining muscle. I did wrist curls for ten years and showed very little growth. But when I decided to work the opposing flexors specifically, that's when my forearms really grew. I gained more size in the last year than I did in the ten years before that. I bought a sledgehammer and did levering from many different angles, and I use rubber bands on my fingers to work the extensors directly. Since these muscles were previously neglected, they grew quickly.

  9. The only real correction I'd add is to let the bar roll all the way down to the fingertips, then curl it back up for even more ROM. Also, while the forearms are a hard gaining muscle, its still important to do heavy reps.
