Normally this would take plenty of months to get any noticeable results , BUT if you listen to this for the full hour and meditate/focus on your muscles and HAVE FAITH , you WILL see results much sooner than it would normally take.

  3. All my life I thought meditation, and all the other stuff related to subliminal messaging and sound was absolutely ridiculous, I used to laugh at people that did this stuff, well, I guess you can count me among the stupid now.

It's meant for meditation when your mind is calm and easily influenced by the sounds. BEFORE and AFTER workout. Imagine how much better the results would be if done correctly…

  6. Gonna keep my fingers crossed that it helps me build up and to also make my weaker side stronger. Cause it's kind of a hassle when you body build and most workout reps can hardly determine what types of weights or moves will target the weaker areas more effectively.

Nice i did a great leg workout 127 kilo leg press 15 reps and 60 kilo Squats 91 kilo hip rotation 100 kilo leg curl 86 kilo well idk something for the hamstrings what i'm trying to say my strenght defenitely increased and i'm listening to IT Everyday follow my insta @Roycoolman to see my progress
