The High Court has given a leave of relaxation of two months according to the rules for registration of marriage and has said that if the marriage registration is not registered in two months, the order of the court will automatically be terminated.

When a bench of Justice Siddharth Verma started hearing the case, first of all, witness to age and witness educational certificates of Ajitesh with age of marriage certificate. According to the records, the age of witness is 23 years, while Ajitesh is 29 years old. In such a situation, now Dona will have to register her marriage within two months under the UP Marriage Registration Rules 2017. Then this marriage will get legal validity. At present, the court has ordered the prosecution, Ajitesh and his lawyer Vikas Rana to provide security.

The court has asked the witness's father, MLA Rajesh Mishra, to issue his notice while issuing notice and only after keeping his favor, the petition is likely to be disposed off.
