As per the case registered at Azim Nagar police station in Rampur, Azam Khan and his close associate, former DSP, Dahlasan Khan, foiled documents and captured hundreds of crores of land for Azam Khan's private university. Rampur SP Ajay Pal Sharma said that in this regard, 26 farmers have complained that Azam Khan and Alehasan forced them to be hostage and pressurized them to sign their sale on fake documents to sell their land.

Alhusan was then the CO of Rampur, he misused his position and captured the land of the farmers, these farmers were very poor. After confirming the facts, we have registered a case against Azam Khan and Ehsan. This case has been registered after the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Department examined it. Rampur Police Chief said that on the basis of the main complaint of the Department of Revenue, 26 different cases have been lodged.
Can be arrested anytime
When SP was asked whether Azam Khan could be arrested, he said that he could be arrested at any time. Tell us that in 2012, Akhilesh Yadav's government had given Chumanship to Azam Khan for the university, which was opposed by the UP governor. Last month, Jaya Prada had also complained to Azam Khan against the Election Commission, which stated that Azam Khan's Lok Sabha membership should be canceled as he has a profit post in the university.
