new Delhi. Cabinet Minister Nityanand Rai has made a big statement about the incidents of Mob Lynching. On the issue of increased lobbying for the last 6 months, Cabinet Minister Nityanand Rai said in the Rajya Sabha, "Police and law and order arrangements under the Seventh Schedule to the Constitution are the subjects of the state. On the same day, when the government was questioned in the Rajya Sabha on the major incidents of recent mobs lining, the incidents of mobs lining in the country have increased in the last six months.
Minister of State for Home Nityanand Rai said, "The National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) does not submit any data separately about the events of the lining happening in the country. He said that the State Governments are responsible for the prosecution of criminals through prevention, detection, investigation and law enforcement agencies. On 2 July, a crowd was allegedly beaten by a mob in the Vaishali district of Bihar allegedly for theft of a house.
Explain that, the Law Commission in UP has recommended legislation to prevent mobs lining. To prevent such incidents, a special law should be made. The Commission has also drafted a proposed bill. The report said that the families of the victims of the violence and the seriously injured would get adequate compensation. Apart from this, compensation for the property is also compensated. To prevent recurrence of such incidents, the rehabilitation and complete security of the victim and his family should also be arranged.
