BJP is doing misleading decisions

Congress leader DK Sivakumar said that this historic decision of the Supreme Court has given strength to the democratic process. Some friends of the BJP are trying to misguide that whip is not valid. But the party can issue whip and take necessary action according to the anti-defection law. On the same verdict, former Karnataka Chief Minister and BJP leader BS Yeddyurappa stating the Supreme Court's decision to win the constitution and democracy, said that the CM of Karnataka has lost the majority.

Speaker Ramesh Kumar said what

Meanwhile, R. Ramesh Kumar, speaker of the Karnataka Assembly has said that he will take a decision on rebel legislators who will not be in any position against the spirit of the Constitution, the court and the Lokpal. Significantly, there will be discussion on the non-confidence motion in the Karnataka assembly on Thursday. Sub-CM HD Kumaraswamy has come to the House with a motion of no confidence. Significantly, till July 11, 16 Congress-JDS MLAs have resigned from their posts, while two Independents also withdrew their support from the government. Because of which the government has come in a minority and the opposition party BJP is constantly demanding resignation of Kumaraswamy. The Karnataka Assembly has 224 seats. If the speaker accepts the resignation of rebel legislators, the Congress-JDS will have 101 MPs. There are 105 MLAs of BJP and two independents have got support.
