500 Rep Challenge – Build Muscle – 100 Reps Each Exercise – Bodybuilding Strength Endurance – Fit

500 Reps, 5 Exercises that is going to take you to physical exhaustion. Guaranteed calorie burner, stamina building exercises, promoting fat loss, building endurance. This is a HIIT training routine Interval training with minimal rest. Online personal training.

This isn’t 100 Rep Challenge, 200 Rep Challenge, 300 Rep Challenge, 400 Rep Challenge.

This is the 500 rep challenge, with 100 reps per each exercise.

Rest between exercises is low, keep in 30-60 seconds or less between each set of exercise.

This group of exercises is designed to help keep you fit, build muscle for bodybuilding.

10 seconds rest allowed during the exercise, 60 seconds rest between exercises.
