Trehan said, such studies increase anxiety about the loss of the use of calcium and vitamin D supplement. As far as vitamin D supplements (without calcium) are concerned, there is no evidence that there is any effect on reducing its cardiovascular risk, but apart from all this, if fruits, green vegetables -Satvic food should be consumed and if the body is kept tight, then any disease can not touch any part of the body.
