Kids HIV optimistic in Social Safety (2007)

According to UNAIDS, worldwide, the HIV epidemic has claimed the lives of more than 25 million people. Two years ago, there were 3 million deaths, of which more than half were children's lives.
The Salvadoran state is committed to fighting the epidemic and eliminating the discrimination suffered by people with HIV. However, national institutions such as social insurance violate the right to health of newborn children who suffer from the infection.
