Using Kettlebells to ramp up muscular endurance is perfect for killer MMA battles. Doing high rep sets of Kettlebell swings, snatches, and cleans is a great way to build strength, burn fat and increase your conditioning.
With Vol. 3, you are going to use interval training, switching between skipping and Kettlebell exercises. Each interval is one minute (1:1) – that’s one minute skipping followed by one minute of the Kettlebell exercise – the skipping is counted as your active rest between the Kettlebell sets, but you will soon find out that it still hits your cardiovascular endurance.

completed this after Kettlebell Bodyweight Hybrid Strength Workout. I actually did 2 full rounds of the MMA KB Workout, on the second round I incorporated different KB moves. Love your workouts
Have you tried Max Muscle Method? (do a google search for it) It is a quick way to bulk up fast.

Funk my man what's up I'm 32, writing all the way from Italy! I was wondering if this workout could be a good replacement for my shoulders workout (day7). I plan on doing this once every 3 days(day 2,5,8), including a 1 day rest. I usually do 1)chest+back+abs+run(M), 2)buns+legs+core+a workout similar to this(T), 3) rest(WED) then, 4)biceps+triceps+abs+run(Th), 5)buns+legs+core+similar workout(F), 6)rest (Sa), then 7)shoulders+abs+run(Su), 8)buns+legs+core+ similar workout (nextM), 9) rest(T)

If you want to get more workouts like this, head to the spartacusworkoutblog or funkmma – The split for these type of workouts would be M-T rest wed TH-FRI sat (Light Active Day or Abs or Sports) Sunday Rest and recovery – Funk
got a lil question how often u do this in week a week?
hey funk i have a question. Would it be a good idea to do these kettlebell workouts as a workout on cardio days while doing workouts involving circuits and supersets on my weight training days or would that lead to over-training?
Funk, how about leg training? Maybe add some squats to this set?
