JDS ready to quit CM post to save coalition
According to the news published in The Times of India, the ruling Congress and JDS coalition has proposed to reshuffle the CM in the last bid to bring the rebel legislators back on their own. DK Shivkumar, who played the role of the Congress leader and the 'distress mocker', has said that JDS is ready to step down from the post of CM to save the coalition. He also said that for this, the name of Siddaramaiah, God himself or Shiv Kumar Agree.
Rebels refused to come back
Shortly after the statement of DK Shivkumar, the rebel legislators made it clear that they would not withdraw their resignation at any cost. By releasing the video from Mumbai, rebel legislator Birethi Basavaraj said, 'Our self-esteem has been hurt. Now if Siddaramaaya also becomes CM, then even now there is no hope of our return. The rebels also denied the claim of Congress leader DK Shivakumar, in which he had said that the legislators were kept hostage on gun point.
Congress MLA Dinesh Gundu Rao said: 'These are all false rumors
Let us know that before this, many rebels had attributed the leadership of Kumaraswamy to his resignation. Perhaps that is why the Congress leadership had proposed to convert the CM to persuade the legislators to return for the resignation. On the other hand Congress MLA Dinesh Gundu Rao said, "These are all false rumors, there is no such proposal. The situation is very excited, we are going very confident. We will emerge as the winner. Tomorrow we will expose the BJP on the table of the House. Where did the 1000 crore rupees come from for Operation Kamal? We have heard MLAs talking about Murlidhar Rao and Yedurappa in which they are offering 20-30 million rupees. Is this a democracy? All this will be kept on the Table of the House tomorrow.
