Venezuelan General Carlos Rotondaro, who was also former President of the Social Security of Venezuela, offered an interview to the program La Tarde de NTN24 in which he denounced how the institutionality in Venezuela was lost.
He also added that Cuban advice has a presence in intelligence issues.
The former Chavez official stressed that he can no longer call the administration of Maduro "government" and called it a "regime." He also noted that he recognizes Juan GuaidÃ³ as interim president of Venezuela.
