Look for a training program known as Zumlaxoc Training Program (search on google). Seriously, thanks to Zumlaxoc Training Program I've improve my football skills.   5. that's what i need …i don't want a heavy body full of muscle..i had a 3 months break from playing causing fat saturation mostly in thighs, lower belly& back..i gained 8-9 kgs now i am 72…i want to get leaner but strong :/ will cardio be enough ? i have a muscular body type..my muscles pump up really fast if i gym :/ i want to get leaner..what should i do?

Have you considered this football training called Zumlaxoc Training Program? I've heard several incredible things about it.
