Deposit pending amounts in three months

Noida and Greater Noida Authority to cancel lease
The Supreme Court said that the Amrapali Group should cancel the lease given by Noida and Greater Noida Authority. Do not take action against the Noida Authority Amrapali buyers. Also, registration under Amrapali Group's RERA can also be canceled. The court said that the home buyers should deposit the remaining money in the Supreme Court registry in three months.
Order for investigation of money laundering
The court even ordered the Enforcement Directorate to investigate the money laundering case. The court has appointed R Venkata Ramani as the court receiver. The Supreme Court has asked Noida and Greater Noida Authority to take appropriate action in the matter. The next hearing of the case will be on August 9.
