According to information received from sources in the media, the CBI's Banking Fraud Cell had summoned SBI officials last week. While officials of other banks will soon be called in this case. Intensive inquiry by bank officials
The media said that in the last week of June, the CBI team had collected loan related documents from Mumbai in Mumbai. On the basis of which the officers of the banks are now being questioned deeply. CBI is also investigating the role of SBI Caps in this case. Because the SBI Caps for the Sterling Group had co-ordinated with banks to create a document and get a loan. The only banks on the Sterling Biotech alone have a loan amount of about Rs. 8100 crores.

Investigating the ED
Banks that distribute the loans to Sterling Group include Andhra Bank, State Bank of India, UCO Bank, Bank of India, Allahabad Bank, Punjab National Bank, Indian Overseas Bank, Union Bank of India. Investigating agencies like CBI, ED of this case are investigating.
