I really like this. Not because Madonna does a workout like this but because the teacher is good and the exercises are good. Guess that's a good marketing strategy but I think the workout stands on its own.

I legit do this workout a couple times a week and LOVE it! The only part that confuses me is when she says 45 degrees, I think she meant 90?
This is my go-to arm workout when I want to add something quick to my daily cardio. I’m just about ready to increase my weight for the biceps portion.

I really like this exercise, it’s only for 10 minutes. If I do this every other day I wonder how fast I can see the results?
