PIL Filed by BJP leader Ashwini Kumar Upadhayay over 10 thousand cash transactions

In the petition of BJP leader and lawyer Ashwani Kumar Upadhyay, it has been argued that most of the cash transactions are used in illegal activities like terrorism, Naxalism, separatism, fundamentalism, smuggling, money laundering, kidnapping, extortion and bribery. Ashwani Kumar has claimed that the cash will be compelled to declare the transaction limit after 10 thousand and to declare the unclaimed movable and immovable properties.
