Surry Community College will be offering a Property and Casualty Insurance Pre-licensing class on Mondays and Wednesdays, Aug. 5 through Sept. 30, from 6 to 9 p.m. in Room J-103, Surry Community College, 630 S. Main St., Dobson. (The class will not be held on Labor Day, Sept. 2.) This course is designed to prepare students for the N.C. State Property and Casualty Insurance agent’s examination.
David Steelman, an experienced community college instructor with 32 years of experience in the insurance industry, will be the instructor.
