  2. This was great, thanks, been searching for "bodybuilding competition diet female" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across – Davidbiy Bodybuilder Tipster – (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my work buddy got great results with it.

  3. I love this song by Yolanda Adams, it's so inspiring and goes well with your motivating video. I just turned 63 September/2017 and this video has made me re-evaluate all of my exercise equipment that stares at me everyday and believe me I have a lot in my modest apartment. Everyday life events have stopped my workout schedule that I use to have. I plan to make 2018 a much better year and beyond for working out.

  4. Great work and nice body, but I miss the booty. Is that in that age impossible? I am 56 years old and I started with body building in september 2016. My body is like yours and I would like to have more booty. Do you have an answer for me?

  5. Great Terry, God is good. I just turned 52 and see you has diffintly, inspired me me to get back on track. God though you get gave me that extra push. To get back on track and running like I did in my 30's and 40's I got my weights back out and Body Beast DVD, Beast me back into shape. Keep it up Terry Spencer, I am on my way. Thanks! Ms Jackie.

  6. I'm 46 and I'm losing the muscular physique I've always had naturally. I did body build in my 20's & 30's but have gotten away from it. I've always wanted to compete. My legs and glutes were the easiest to build but I find now that the skin is lookin a little saggy and I wonder if this will shape up if I start weight training again. Do you know anything about this? Thanks. You look amazing, hats off to you!

  7. Definite inspiration!! I have made fitness my goal again at 51…I'll be 52 this October and hoping to at least hit halfway mark by then! You were in pretty good shape when you started (not to take away from your hard work and dedication) but I'm about 60 lbs overweight and down 12 lbs so far. I have always been in shape and actually did some swimsuit modeling back in my 20's….but that was a LONG time ago. I was a size 5 up until the age of 45 and menopause kicked in and kicked my butt…and I let it. I have the tendency to build muscle pretty quickly (thank God) and I'm hoping that will be my saving grace. 🙂
